Dry Ice is frozen carbon dioxide, a normal part of our earth's atmosphere. It is the gas that we exhale during breathing and the gas that plants use in photosynthesis. It is also the same gas commonly added to water to make soda water. This gas is often captured during industrial processes and recycled to make Dry Ice.
Dry Ice is particularly useful for freezing, and keeping things frozen because of its very cold temperature: -109.3°F or -78.5°C. Dry Ice is widely used because it is simple to freeze and easy to handle using insulated gloves. The purpose of a 3-way control valve is to shut off water flow in one pipe while opening water flow in another pipe, to mix water from two different pipes into one pipe, or to separate water from one pipe into two different pipes @ Ezzi Enterprises.
Globe Valve a control valve that minimizes sticking of the plug assembly by particles such as welding by products in the associated heating system. The valve port having a continuous decrease of diameter from the port opening toward the valve seat and an additional stepped decrease in diameter adjacent to the valve seat, which enables particles wedged in the clearance between the plug and port to be released and guided away from the port at Ezzi Enterprises.
A rotating pneumatic vibrator in which a cylindrical housing is provided with an axial shaft spaced inwardly from the walls of the housing to provide a circular space between the shaft and the housing. A cylindrical rotor having a diameter greater than the shaft and smaller then the housing is mounted on the shaft for movement thereabout. A longitudinally extending radially moveable vane is mounted in the shaft and is arranged to be pneumatically pressed against the rotor. Air forces the vane against the rotor and escapes into the chamber formed between the shaft and the rotor, the air forces the rotor to move about the shaft and then escapes to the atmosphere with the rotor and vane returned to their beginning point. A method for cleaning the interior surface of a Bourdon Tube-type pressure gauge including the steps of inserting a guide tool in a bore of the gauge stem, aligning the guide tool with a port connecting the Bourdon Tube with the bore, inserting a flexible tube through the guide tool and the port and into the Bourdon Tube, and dispensing a fluid to flush the interior surface of the Bourdon Tube available at Ezzi Enterprises.
A shock valve assembly for a hydraulic system includes a fluid path extending between a first port and a second port with a shock valve disposed in the fluid path to normally block fluid flow through the fluid path between the first and second ports. The shock valve temporarily opens to permit fluid flow between the first port and a second port through the fluid path when a fluid pressure differential between the ports exceeds a predetermined threshold available at Ezzi Enterprises.
A pneumatic actuator converts energy (typically in the form of compressed air) into mechanical motion. The motion can be rotary or linear, depending on the type of actuator. A Pneumatic actuator mainly consists of a piston, a cylinder, and valves or ports. The piston is covered by a diaphragm, or seal, which keeps the air in the upper portion of the cylinder, allowing air pressure to force the diaphragm downward, moving the piston underneath, which in turn moves the valve stem, which is linked to the internal parts of the actuator. Pneumatic actuators may only have one spot for a signal input, top or bottom, depending on action required. Valves require little pressure to operate and usually double or triple the input force. The larger the size of the piston, the larger the output pressure can be. Having a larger piston can also be good if air supply is low, allowing the same forces with less input.
A poppet valve is a valve typically used to control the timing and quantity of gas or vapour flow into an engine. The shaft guides the plug portion by sliding through a valve guide.
